a professional and educational theatre company

Tempest employs professional artists (Actors’ Equity, SAG-AFTRA, AGVA, Society of Directors and Choreographers, The Dramatists Guild) and student actors. In addition, Tempest employs professional directors and choreographers as well as technicians and designers. Many productions cast young child actors as well, allowing the students in the audience a chance to see and talk with actors of their own age.
